Hands-on lesson where you will learn how to make pȃte sucrée (sweet dough), crémeux au citron (lemon cream), & la meringue à l’italienne (italian meringue). Cream flavor might change each season.
Class will start with a demo where our pastry chef Valeria will demostrate all recipes step by step. Each participant will have a printed copy of the recipes and we highly encourage you to take notes during class. All ingredients will be weighed in advance and each student will have it's own equipment to work with individually.
It is an interactive class where participants are welcomed to ask questions and be proactively involved. You are welcomed to BYOB to class.

For your safety, please wear sneakers or closed shoes that covers your foot. Do not wear open-toed shoes, sandals or heels as the floor may be slippery.
To protect our products & environment, we highly recommend that your hair is tied up properly.
All ingredients, tools, equipment, aprons, gloves & chef hats will be provided for you.
