Join us for a hands-on lesson where you'll learn to make pâte sucrée (sweet dough), crémeux au citron (lemon cream), and meringue à l’italienne (Italian meringue) to assemble a delicious Tarte au Citron.
The class will begin with a detailed demonstration by our pastry chef, Valeria, who will guide you through each recipe step by step. After the demo, each participant will work independently to create their own components. You'll receive a printed copy of the recipes, and we highly encourage you to take notes throughout the class. All ingredients will be pre-measured, and each student will have their own personal workstation with equipment.
Class Duration: 3 hours
This interactive class encourages questions and active participation, ensuring a fun and engaging experience. Feel free to bring your favorite beverage (BYOB) to enjoy during the class!

All ingredients, tools, equipment, aprons, gloves & chef hats will be provided for you.
